~Fees and Financial Policies 2012-2013~

These policies apply to the Shelby and DeSoto County campuses only.
Tuition can be paid by the year or in nine monthly installments. If electing to
pay by the year, the yearly payment is due on August 1, 2012. Monthly tuition and fees are to be paid by the 1st
of every month. Tuition charges begin in August and end in April. A late fee of $40.00 will be assessed when payment
is received after the 10th of the month. This fee schedule applies to Veritas Tutorial classes only. A separate fee
schedule applies to E-Veritas electives course given through our affiliate company. (See below)

E-Veritas Electives (affiliated with NorthStar Academy)
These courses are offered ONLINE in teacher-led format or as independent/home study courses.
Classes are provided by NorthStar Academy (NICS Accredited), a Veritas affiliate. Prices and
enrollment fees are set by the host company These courses are offered at a significant discount
to Veritas’ students as negotiated for our parents. Students must be enrolled in Veritas’ humanities
courses to be eligible for the discounted price. Students not enrolled in the Veritas Program
will incur full tuition charges.
Enrollment: $75.00 enrollment fee/student is required.
This fee covers unlimited course enrollment in 1 calendar year.
Home Study /Independent Study Courses provide parents with an online portal to receive and submit coursework.
Lesson plans and a book list are provided.
Cost/course 1 semester 0.5 credit: $175.00
Cost/course: Yearly, 1 credit: $225.00.
Classes must be paid in full by course start date: Monday, Sept 3rd, 2012.
Teacher-Led Courses provide parents with lesson plans, an interactive online portal and a teacher.
Grades, course work, completely teacher-led class and book lists provided.
Cost/course (semester 0.5 credit): $317.75 Cost/course: Yearly, 1 credit course): 522.75
